Campfire Chili

Campfire Chili

Cook Time: 1- 1.5 hours                              Servings: 6-8

Ingredients:

  • 3 pounds ground chili meat
  • 6 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 2 tablespoons Campfire Chili Seasoning
  • 4-5 cups beef broth (can substitute water)

 

Heat oil and add meat to your pot. Cook while stirring until the meat loses its color. Sprinkle with flour, add Campfire Chili seasoning, and beef broth. Bring to a boil. Partly cover and simmer until meat is tender for approximately an hour to an hour and a half. Enjoy Desi and Mailee’s Campfire Chili.

*All of the spices needed for chili are included in our Campfire Chili Seasoning. Additional seasoning can be added for more flavor.
